The Lying Game

The Lying Game series was based on the book written by Sara Shepard. It followed the life of a foster child who learns that she has a wealthy identical twin sister. ABC Family canceled the teen drama after two seasons.


Southland was a hit crime drama series that aired on NBC for one season and later moved to TNT. Although the series had phenomenal ratings, it was eventually canceled after five seasons.

Sonny With a Chance

Demi Lovato starred in this series that was deemed as a show-within-a-show. It was canceled in 2011 when Lovato departed after only two seasons. Sonny With a Chance later spawned a spinoff called So Random!, which was eventually cancelled after its first season.
