After eight months of a highly-publicized and seemingly strong relationship, Ariana Grande and Big Sean have decided to part ways. Us Weekly reports how the couple split amicably a few weeks ago due to their crazy schedules and tried to keep it under the radar. “They made the decision to part ways because their conflicting touring schedules would keep them apart over the next year,” a source revealed to Us Weekly. After the news broke, Grande and Sean’s reps released a joint statement confirming the break up: “They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends. We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time.”
The news came as a big shock to fans, as the couple shared a lot of moments from their relationship on their social media accounts and it seemed everything was peachy not so long ago. The last time the couple was seen in public was during Grande’s Honeymoon tour where the couple kissed on stage during the performance.
