13-Year-Old Boy Charged With Assault After Kissing Girl On A Dare
A 13-year-old Maryland boy is being charged with assault for allegedly grabbing a 14-year-old girl, holding her down and kissing her against her will. The boy told police that he kissed the girl after being dared to do so.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department, the assault allegedly took place last Wednesday morning at Pikesville Middle School in Pikesville, Maryland. The eighth grade girl told police officers that the boy grabbed her by the shirt near her stomach, pulled her towards his body and kissed her with his mouth wide open and used his tongue.
The 13-year-old boy was then charged as a juvenile with second-degree assault. He wasn’t transferred to the precinct but was eventually released to his mother once school was over. Mychael Dickerson, spokesman for the county school district, stated that the eighth grade boy will face school disciplinary action for violating the school’s code of conduct.
