Hilarious Viral Video Of Shia LaBeouf Has A Fascinating Backstory
Shia LaBeouf has been in the news a lot over the past couple of years for various bizarre shenanigans – wild performance art, risque movies, ridiculous outbursts, social media rants, and strange public appearances. So, when a very interesting take on a motivational video was released recently starring a very agitated LaBeouf, the internet didn’t know whether to be intrigued, to laugh, or to be utterly terrified. With all of the fantastic memes it has inspired so far, it has to be a farce, right?
The video is actually more serious, though not as severe as you might think. While it would be completely fathomable that LaBeouf was just as likely to do it for shock value as he was to do it it for some legitimate reason, it was actually the latter. In actuality, the video was part of a video art project called #INTRODUCTIONS at Central Saint Martins Art College in London – sorry to disappoint you, fans of LaBeouf craziness.
