Retired NYPD Cop Claims He Saw A Chilling Apparition While Searching Through 9/11 Debris

According to a new book titled From Landfill to Hallowed Ground, workers who were sifting through tons of debris from the 9/11 terrorist attacks saw a female ghost. Retired NYPD Lt. Frank Marra, the author of the book, disclosed that he and his fellow workers saw a spirit holding a tray of sandwiches while they looked for clues to identify victims from the World Trade Center attacks at the Fresh Kills Landfill in Staten Island. The author saw her a few times. The spirit was an African-American woman and was dressed in white “in the style of a Red Cross Worker from World War II“. She was always standing more than 50 yards away before disappearing.

Marra also revealed that Fresh Kills workers saw other unusual things such as large black masses and shadows. The now retired cop said that a psychic medium told him that the ghostly woman might have been a soul collector, tasked with guiding people to the afterlife.
