Party Organizer Creates Amazing Superhero Costumes With Balloons
The growing popularity of films such as The Avengers and The Dark Knight has made demand for superhero costumes skyrocket in the past few years. Now, one man from the UK has combined that demand with the traditional party balloons that you see at children’s parties to create stunning models that can actually be worn.
“This is pushing balloon modelling to its absolute limits. Each of the balloon body suits takes me around eight hours,” said Paul.
47-year-old Paul Brown owns an entertainment business called Magical Mayhem and began experimenting with the balloon superhero costumes earlier in the year. He has so far created a version for the Hulk and Superman, while he plans to create further examples such as Captain American and Batman.
“I needed a trigger that would capture the imagination of the kids, and superheroes appeals to both boys and girls,” he explained. “I want them to be able to walk into a classroom filled with 1,000 balloons and to have the chance to create a superhero.”
