On God’s Behalf, Nebraska Woman Suing All Homosexuals

Anyone can file a lawsuit, as shown in the seven-page handwritten court brief filed by a Nebraska woman who is suing all homosexuals on behalf of God and his son, Jesus Christ. The paperwork was filed in federal court in Omaha by Sylvia Driskell, 66, and is asking for a federal judge to rule if homosexuality is a sin or not.

In the seven-page court brief (PDF), Driskell states she is the “ambassador for plaintiffs God, and his son, Jesus Christ.” As far as the defendants in the case, they are listed as “Their Given Name, Homosexuals. Their, Alis [Alias] Gay.”

The court brief is filled with Bible verses to defend her reasons on why the case should be heard. Driskell even goes on to say “that homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet.”

For the case, Driskell is representing herself. Will the case be heard? We are not sure, but she added: “I never thought that I would see a day in which our great nation or our own great state of Nebraska would become so compliant to the complicity of some peoples lewd behavior. Why are judges passing laws, so sinners can break religious and moral laws. Will all the judges of this nation, judge God to be a lier [liar].”

Time will tell if this case is actually heard or not in Nebraska.
