Official ‘Krampus’ Trailer Shows You The Dark Side Of Christmas

We all know that Christmas time is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, but what happens if your family is visited by a demonic creature who likes to go on killing sprees instead of delivering presents on Christmas Eve? Enter Krampus, a figure from Eastern European folklore which visits naughty children who are deemed unworthy of a visit from Good Ole’ Saint Nicholas.

The trailer for the upcoming film Krampus has just been released, and it takes The Grinch up a notch, or ten. The movie centers around a family that has a hard time getting along during the Holiday season and a young lad who makes a Christmas wish that goes terribly wrong. The film is set as a true horror but has plenty of comedic talent that will likely get just the right tone. Check out the video and tell us what you think.
