Man Who Burglarized A Bar Caught By His Own Feces
Police have caught a burglar who broke into a bar in Florida after they matched the feces left on the floor of the building with the soiled pants the suspect was wearing.
Officers had been called to a robbery that took place at the East Naples restaurant and bar Joey D’s and found that someone had stolen a large amount of alcohol as well as leaving feces on the floor. After investigating the area, they found an unconscious man lying outside with empty alcohol bottles. They also noticed that he had soiled his pants and smelt strongly of feces, leaving them with the strong suspicion that this was the burglar.
As well as taking alcohol from the bar, 60-year-old Robert Predmore had also caused thousands of dollars of damage to computers and other equipment. Police also found prescription pills and marijuana on the man and have since charged him with a variety of crimes including burglary, criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
