Domino’s Is Making Ordering Pizza Even Easier By Using A Pizza Emoji!
It looks like Domino’s Pizza is trying to start a new trend (and it just might work), as they are going to start allowing customers to order pizza with a simple tweet! If you become a regular customer, then you can even order your pizza with one touch of a button: a pizza emoji!
Starting May 20th, Domino’s will begin using the “tweet-to-order” system, which allows U.S. customers to tweet their pizza orders. Domino’s will become the first major company in the restaurant industry to use Twitter, on an ongoing basis, to place and complete an order. Patrick Doyle, CEO of Domino’s, said, “It’s the epitome of convenience. We’ve got this down to a five-second exchange.”
If you use this service and become a regular customer, you can simply send a tweet to @Dominos with a pizza emoji and they will start making it for you! How crazy is that? Doyle said, “We want to make it as easy as possible for people to order from us — and this is pretty darned easy.” We don’t think it can get any easier than that!
