A Way To Perform Karaoke For Those With Stage Fright

When most people think of karaoke they imagine being up on a stage and singing away to a crowd of onlookers. This may sound like fun to some, but if you’re a bit self-conscious, or your singing voice sounds like a screaming cat, then it’s probably the stuff of nightmares. However, should you really want to let loose on some of your favourite tunes – but without suffering the judgement of a viewing crowd – then the Choi Kara karaoke booth could be for you.

As reported by Kotaku, the booths consist of a mic, a screen and a bench. They allow people to practice their karaoke skills in total privacy and with a huge selection of music to pick from. They’re also completely sound proof, giving them an advantage over the home karaoke machines which can infuriate neighbors.

Each song costs less than a dollar to play, and the booths can sit up to three people; which means you can bring a couple of friends along who you’re not embarrassed to sing in front of. Have a closer look at the Choi Kara booths in this video.
