Vladimir Putin’s Hilarious Speechless Speech

Vladimir Putin, one of the most well known leaders of a country of all time, tends to give long, drawn out speeches that many people around the world tend to pay attention to. Unfortunately for the Russian leader, someone got a hold of his most recent speech. The video editor in question, Mario Wienerroither, wanted to have some fun.

Mario took the speech from Putin’s speech and made it a completely silent ordeal. Putin stares oddly at the camera, shuffles his feet, and makes a few uncomfortable noises along the way. The crowd looks on with patience and awe, however. Overall, it’s awkward, and yet oddly funny at the same time. Mario should do this more often with the Russian leader.
