Paul Walker’s Daughter Decides To Sue Porche Over Poorly Built Car

Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Walker, has decided to sue Porsche for selling weak and poorly built cars. She claims that her father, who was killed two years ago in a tragic car crash, was burnt to death inside the vehicle because it was made poorly.

The case was filed in a Los Angeles Superior court and claims that the 2005 Camera GT, the car used during the accident, was missing with “safety features that are found on well-designed racing cars or even Porsche’s least expensive road cars.” Paul Walker and the driver, Roger Rodas, were burnt beyond recognition after the racing car crashed into a tree and lamp post.

In addition to this case, Roger Rodas’ wife has also sued Porsche, claiming that there is a defect in the overall design of the vehicle. Investigations conducted by the California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles’s County Sheriff’s Department after the accident claimed that the accident occurred due to high speeds and not a mechanical failure of any sort, but they didn’t conduct an examination of the design or build of the car involved in the crash.
