Nude Man Fighting To Photograph Sunbathing Women

Anyone within the Green Lake area probably knows of David Zaitzeff, who is known for offering free hugs and kisses to anyone interested. Zaitzeff is now entering the court room to tackle Seattle’s voyeurism law, as he absolutely adores the nude life.

Zaitzeff really enjoys taking pictures of “gals” who are sunbathing – either nude or partially nude – while they spend their time at Green Lake or elsewhere. According to the lawsuit he has filed, he is worried he could be violating a part of the law by snapping these photos.

Zaitzeff wasn’t charged with any crime, but he wanted to ensure he can continue photographing women out in public while they are taking some personal time. Seattle’s voyeurism law may be able to prosecute him for photographing the aforementioned women while they are in a swim suit or a short skirt.

This isn’t the first time he has brought something like this to court. Late last year, Zaitzeff sued the city of Seattle, saying the voyeurism law was unconstitutional.
