A 22-year-old world champion limbo dancer Shemika Charles from Buffalo, New York, is the first person to limbo under an SUV, reports AOL. Charles holds a Guinness World Record for “lowest limbo” for a female since 2010 when she she limboed 8.5 inches on the “Live! with Regis and Kelly” TV show.

Last week was another highlight in Charles’ life as she was the first person to ever attempt to limbo under an SUV and actually succeed. “I’m just so emotional about getting underneath it,” the young woman explained to Barcroft TV. “The clearance is around nine inches, but certain parts are lower than others so it took a lot of concentration and controlled breathing.” To be able to limbo underneath a SUV, Charles practiced six hours every day and meets with her chiropractor every week to avoid injuries.
