Grandmother Thwarts A Crazed Man On Bus Who Claimed He Had A Bomb

In what is being considered to be the best news of the week, a grandmother managed to stop a crazed man riding a bus who said he was a suicide bomber with a case full of explosives.

Gary Stewart, 41, the individual in question, hopped upon a bus in Rutherglen, near Glasgow, and began screaming ‘Allahu Akbar’ while holding up an object and claiming he had a bomb that would go off within a few minutes..

One person said: “He had something in his hand that looked like a detonator and the passengers were really scared. A lot of people were so frightened they froze and couldn’t move and the man was shouting a lot.”

Then, a grandmother, who is said to have been within her 70’s at the very least, crouched down and called the police, who stormed the bus. The cops in question immediately moved in on the suspect, determining the bomb threat was a hoax.

Stewart was arrested and pleaded guilty to a charge of falsely claiming he held a bomb and breaching the peace.
