Convicted Murderer Is Hopping Around In His Underpants In Protest

Stuart Horner, a prisoner at Strangeways in Manchester, has made the carefully calculated decision to stage a one-man protest against the prison’s conditions by clambering atop the facility’s roof and smashing everything within sight while wearing only his underwear.

Horner was imprisoned for 27 years after he was convicted of murdering his uncle. The deranged man has been on the roof for 24 hours now, and his protest has no signs of slowing down at all.

One journalist from Manchester Evening News has been live tweeting the entire event as it unfolds. From outside of the prison, the sounds of other protesting prisoners inside can be heard. Some are shouting about using jay cloths as toilet paper, while others are just shouting about the general conditions of the place.

Horner ultimately ended up grabbing a pipe and smashing up the windows atop the building. It is unclear if anyone has been hurt during this protest thus far, though.
