ABC’s Revenge Ending After Four Seasons

It’s officially the season where television shows are put on the chopping block with potential to be completely axed. That is the case for ABC’s hit drama series, Revenge. The network has decided to not renew Revenge for a fifth season. Executive Producer, Suni Nayar told Entertainment Weekly that the writers came to a mutual agreement with ABC and thought the show has officially finished its story. After the shocking season finale, nothing will remain unanswered, therefore the show has to end.

“We can officially tell our fans that this will be the end of the story. We’ve been talking to the network and we all just wanted to make sure that we felt very confident. Now that everybody has seen the finale—which is fabulous—everybody understands that as much as we all adore the show, it has hit exactly the mark it needed to to end. This is the series finale of Revenge that will be airing in a couple weeks.”

Madeleine Stowe pretty much confirmed her character, Victoria Grayson’s death by stating that this would be her last season on Revenge. Josh Bowman, who was another series regular, was killed off earlier in the fourth season as well.

Fans will be able to see the series finale when Revenge airs its fourth season finale on Sunday, May 10th at 10/9c on ABC.
