Trump Continues To Cause Offence With His Anti-Muslim Remarks
Donald Trump is quite possibly the most discussed presidential candidate, and for the sole reason that he is incredibly offensive. His remarks on everything from women to immigrants to the economy are often misogynistic, racist, bigoted, and ignorant. He seems to have done it once again at a town hall event this past Thursday.
Trump was answering questions from different reporters and audience members. One man in the audience stood up and said ” We have a problem in this country, it’s called Muslims. We know our current president is one. You know he’s not even an American. Birth certificate, man!“
Not only was this statement offensive and inaccurate, but it proved that this man was clearly unstable mentally and racist. And what did Donald Trump do? He agreed with the man. Trump and the idiot man exchanged in a conversation where the man ended up asking Trump what the plan was (to get rid of the Muslim’s who want to kill all of America) and Trump responded by saying this: “We’re gonna be looking at a lot of different things. And you know that a lot of people are saying that, and a lot of people are saying that bad things are happening out there. We’re going to be looking at that and plenty of other things.“
Trump’s anti-Muslim rhetoric will hopefully have one positive effect – an end on his ridiculous campaign.
