Transgender Teen Is The Significant New Face of Clean & Clear

Transgender teen Jazz Jennings has taken on the role as the new face of Clean & Clear’s new advertising campaign, “See the Real Me,” which is being called a first for the popular skincare product line. According to Yahoo, the campaign is being used in an effort to get people to tell their own stories using the social media hashtag #SeeTheRealMe on popular websites. Clean & Clear wants to help everyone promote natural beauty instead of fake, airbrushed beauty.

Speaking with PopSugar, Jennings said, “The ‘See the Real Me’ campaign is so great at helping girls find the courage to open up to their peers and be themselves, and I could really relate to that I knew doing this campaign would help a lot of teens who are struggling like I did.”

Jennings, who is only 14-years-old, admitted to having a very low maintenance beauty plan each morning. The young brunette said she wakes up, exfoliates, and does the same at night when she showers. It’s a very easy routine that lends its hand to her clean, flawless skin.

Jazz began to transition to female at the age of six, revealing she knew she was supposed to be a girl from a much earlier time in her life. However, the young model is still figuring out life as transgender individual, though she appears to be doing quite well so far. Her confidence is inspiring.
