Son Buries Father In Brand New BMW In Nigeria

Azubuike recently lost his father to old age, but rather than putting him in a coffin, Azubuike decided to bury him in a brand new BMW. Azubuike bought the BMW X5 from a local showroom, setting him back almost $90,000, as he had promised his father that one day he would have a luxury car.

Locals said that the BMW came equipped with Sat Nav, to help guide him to the pearly gates. The ceremony occurred in Ihiala, in southern Nigeria, and the massive grave was dug six feet deep by hand.

The photo has gone viral on social media, with many saying that it was a waste of money. Sifiso Inno Makhashila said “Buy the car for your parent while he is still alive if you are moneyed and bury them with a decent coffin but this is just being foolish and showing off.”
