Man Spends 15 Years In Jail, Gets Out And Does The Unthinkable

A shoe store thief has confessed that he has robbed the same shoe store he was convicted of robbing before, Huffington Post reported. Christopher Miller had spent 15 years in jail for robbing a shoe store. After completing his jail term, he decided to steal from the same store. Surprisingly, Miller found the same clerk who had been working in the New Jersey shoe store 15 years ago.

According to the prosecutors, the ex-con robbed the Stride Rite store in Toms River in March of last year, a day after he was released from jail. Police said that Miller was able to steal $389 and collect mobile phones from store employees. Police had informed the clerk about Miller’s release. The clerk disclosed that it was the same person who had robbed their shoe store in 1999.

On Monday, the 41-year-old Christopher Miller was found guilty to second-degree robbery. He will be sentenced in May and will face a prison term of 10 to 20 years.
