Man Finds Interesting Way To Win Thousands of Twitter Competitions

If you have ever used Twitter at any point over the past few years then you will have probably come across a few competitions. Companies and popular accounts routinely run contests on the social media platform that typically revolve around users simply retweeting a message and following them. In return, the public can get their hands on some pretty cool prizes, although with so many people entering, it can be very difficult to actually win.

However, one man has come up with an ingenious way to ensure that he gets his hands on plenty of prizes. Using a specially created Python script, the Hunter Scott was able to automatically enter every single competition on Twitter.

Over the course of just 9 months he won more than 1,000 prizes from various contests with rewards ranging from signed items of clothing, free products and even holidays worth thousands of dollars. He went on to describe some of his winnings, saying: “I won a lot of cool stuff, and getting mysterious things through my mailbox each day was pretty fun. The most valuable thing I won was a trip to New York Fashion Week, which included a limo ride to the show if you lived in a state near New York for you and a friend, and $500 spending money.”
