First Images Arrive For New TV Show ‘Heroes Reborn’
If you’ve never seen or even heard of the television show “Heroes,” which ran from 2006 to 2010, then you have truly missed out on something special. When the era of the comic book adaptation was just entering full swing, TV show creator Tim Kring stepped out with a collection of intersecting story lines that chronicled the lives of ordinary people with extraordinary abilities. It was a highly original and totally fresh take on the idea of the superhero, giving wonderful characters like the space-bending, time-traveling office worker Hiro or the instantaneously healing cheerleader Claire. The show ended after four seasons on a fantastically aching cliffhanger, but now creators have decided that that ending just won’t do.
The saga now continues with the new Heroes Reborn starring old cast members Jack Coleman, Masi Oka, and Jimmy Jean-Louise as well as newcomers Zachary Levi, Judith Shekoni, and Ryan Guzman. The first photos of the series have just recently been released. The official plot details are unknown but storylines from the old and new series will be linked together. The show is set to premier later this year.
