Fake Doctor Arrested After Sexually Assaulting Nursing Applicant During Interview
A 62-year-old man who was posing as a doctor in Florida has been arrested after he allegedly groped a woman during a fake job interview. Howard Harlib was talking with nursing assistant Antonia Pascal when he sexually assaulted her by touching her breasts.
Pascal had attended Harlib’s house after having a telephone interview with the man who was pretending to be a doctor. He called himself Dr Allen and although he asked some inappropriate questions over the phone, such as “Sometimes a patient can touch your breasts. Is that OK?“, she still went for a full interview at his home.
It is here that he is alleged to have touched her breasts and put a thermometer between her buttocks without her permission. Sensing that the 62-year-old was suspicious, she recorded the interview and handed it over to police when she filed a criminal complaint against Harlib. He has since been arrested on suspicion of battery and practicing medicine without a license, something he has been convicted of in the past.
