Driver Gets Pulled Over By Police Because He Had A Live Bear In His Car
Of course, when someone thinks about the country of Russia they tend to assume some of the most hardcore individuals in the world – that, or the dumbest of people ever. Recently, one driver decided he should keep a live brown bear in the backseat of his car.
Police were called after someone noticed the bear sticking its head out of the back window of the vehicle. The police pulled over the vehicle, but made the decision to let the man and his bear go free after they noticed the four-legged beast was wearing its seat-belt.
During this occurrence, the Moscow Filatov Circus was in town, but it appears this particular bear had absolutely nothing to do with the event, making the entire thing even more odd. Zoos within the area are also denying any knowledge of the brown bear, so someone in Russia simply has a pet bear with them in their car. This is Russia, after all.
