This Sesame Street Game Of Thrones Parody Is Hilarious

Sesame Street has transcended far beyond anything that anyone could have imagined. The popular educational series has become more than a kids show and has integrated itself into modern pop culture. They have become the master of parodies with a track record including hilarious renditions of House of Cards, Star Wars, Twilight, Harry Potter, and an array of other topics.

The most recent parody pokes fun at the critically acclaimed television series Game of Thrones and it might just be the best one yet. Keep in mind that even though it is still Sesame Street and the humor is slightly juvenile, it is still hilarious. In the video comically re-titled Game of Chairs Bluejoy (Played by Grover) and his companions engage in a non-violent game of musical chairs.

The video is full of Game of Throne references that fans should recognize and get a kick out of. A couple of the jokes are a little dark for Sesame Street, but they are subtle enough that kids won’t understand the humor. Hopefully, Sesame Street has more parodies in the works because they keep getting better every time.
