Student Opens Fire Inside Maryland School, 2 Students Fighting For Their Life
17-year-old Austin Wyatt Rollins shot two students at Great Mills High School in southern Maryland yesterday, and both the students remain in critical condition.
Rollins entered the high school just before classes started, pulling out a handgun and shooting a 16-year-old girl Jaelynn Willey and a 14-year-old boy, before the school’s security officer Blaine Gaskill intervened and shot Rollins, who died last night in hospital.
The female student remains in critical condition with life threatening injures. Both Jaelynn Willey and Rollins had prior contact, however it is currently unknown what provoked Rollins.
