Oklahoma Police Find Easter Bunny Stuffed With Crystal Meth

It looks like someone was trying to make a special delivery of crystal meth and thought the Easter Bunny would be a perfect way to do it. However, the Oklahoma police caught wind of the attempted drug smuggling and ended up seizing $30,000 worth of crystal meth from the bunny.

A hole was cut in the bottom of the bunny, with two condoms containing one pound of crystal meth being inserted. Carolyn Ross was arrested for the crime after admitting that she knew there were drugs in the bunny and she was supposed to redistribute them to someone else. The crystal meth was found by a police dog, which was intercepted while in the mail. The Tahlequah police were informed of the drugs and they had a police officer pose as a delivery man. Tahlequah Police Chief Nate King said: “We got a plain white van, drove to the residence and served an anticipatory warrant on the resident.”

That is when Ross admitted she knew the drugs were in the bunny and intended to distribute them to someone else. She is currently being held on $75,000 bond.
