New ‘Fantastic Four’ Trailer Unveils Doctor Doom

There is a new Fantastic Four movie hitting theatres this year and it basically reimagines the group and the way in which they were able to gain their fantastical powers. The new trailer shows the group heading off in a machine that can actually traverse different dimensions. The scientists/adventurers run into a spot of trouble when they head to this other dimension — they come back with a whole new set of super powers.

Most interesting in this new trailer is that it also gives us a glimpse at one of the most iconic villains in Marvel Comics history. Doctor Doom, referred to only as “Doom” in the video, is shown off, if only for a few minutes. While there are comic book fans who are going to be wary of this reimagining of one of the most well-known stories in comic book history, the video does a great job of building suspense for the film, due to hit theatres in August.
