Mother Arrested After Threatening Police On Facebook

An East Point woman was accused of making threats against police officers using her personal Facebook page. The FBI, Homeland Security, the District Attorney’s office, and the New York Police Department have assisted the East Point police in Ebony Dickens’ arrest, reports WSBTV.

Dickens was accused of writing a Facebook post earlier this week under the name of Tiffany Milan. In the post, Dickens wrote “death to all white cops nationwide.” It went on to say, “I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m either caught by the police or killed by them…Might kill at least 15 tomorrow, I’m plotting now.”

East Point police Lt. Cliff Chandler said, “That’s 15 people that she’s talking about killing within a day or so, so whether she is serious or not that’s something that we have to take seriously.”

Dickens said she condones black-on-white killings. The post was removed the following day, which was just hours before she was arrested by the police. Her neighbors said they would never have believed the 33-year-old mother. During the search, police seized computers, a cell phone, and a firearm.
