Man Unknowingly Handles Venomous False Widow Spider Bare Handed

There are plenty of people out there that suffer from arachnophobia, but Nickie King of Cambridge has no fear when it comes to saving his 8-legged friends. In fact, he picked up a false widow spider and “safely” placed it outside before finding out what type of spider it was that he had just handled.

He picked the spider up with his bare hands after it dropped on his duster while he was cleaning and placed it outside, but he also made sure to take a picture of it so that he could inquire via social media what kind of spider it was. He was bombarded with replies saying he was lucky it hadn’t bitten him.

A bite from this ominous spider with a skull on it can easily cause pains in the chest, finger tingling, and even severe swelling. However, it does not usually cause death in humans, just a lot of pain.
