‘Ginger Extremist’ Found Guilty Of Planning To Kill Prince Charles So Harry Would Be King

A neo-Nazi who plotted to kill members of the UK royal family so that Prince Harry could be king has been found guilty during a trial. Mark Colborne was a self-confessed ginger extremist who felt he had been victimized because of his hair color and white skin, leading the 37-year-old to plan to kill Prince Charles with a sniper rifle so that fellow ginger Harry could ascend to the throne.

Police found a variety of chemicals in his room during a search along with guidebooks and handwritten notes that detailed how to make explosives. He also had a diary that explained his fantasies of committing terror acts as well as expressing admiration for mass murderer Anders Breivik. The court heard about how Colborne hated “non-Aryans” and was committed to Nazi ideology.

Take up a good position and put a bullet in Charles’s head,” he said in one diary entry. “He is protected but not too protected. I would sacrifice my life for that one shot. Kill Charles and William and Harry become king. Kill the tyrants.”

Jurors found the 37-year-old guilty of several terror offences, although they cleared him of several more serious charges. He will return to court in November for sentencing.
