The Fury325 promises to achieve both of those feats at Carowinds Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. The amusement park is currently undergoing a $50 million multi-year expansion of the entire theme park, which should ensure a lot of new rides and attractions for the community.

Fury325 will be available to the public later this spring. The ride currently stands 325 feet tall and has an 81-degree initial drop before reaching speeds of up to 95 miles per hour. The ride already lives up to the claim of being the tallest and fastest, so hang on to your seats.

A recent test run was held last week, which was recorded. The two-minute long video displays the roller coaster from the perspective of someone who would be riding in the very front. Winding turns, steep drops, and impressive speeds await everyone when the roller coaster officially opens within the next few months.
