U2’s The Edge Accidentally Walks Off The Edge Of A Stage

The rock group U2 had a mishap during a recent concert. Their guitarist, The Edge, actually fell off the edge of the stage during the first show of the band’s “Innocence and Experience” tour in Vancouver. The Edge, also known as Dave Evans, was walking along the runway while playing his guitar during the final song of the set, which was the classic “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For”.

Suddenly, he seemingly walked off of the edge of the stage. Lead singer Bono was oblivious to The Edge falling, as kept singing. He eventually realized something was wrong when security helped Evans back onto the stage. A fan caught footage of the incident and even they couldn’t believe what happened. He can be seen falling while banging the neck of his guitar on the stage as he went down. Evans later took to Instagram by posting a photo of his wounds. Judging by his post, he seems to have thought it was a little funny, as he included a pun. He posted this comment: “Didn’t see the edge. I’m ok!!
