This Inspiring Video of Dancing Skeletons Will Make You Rethink Your Views About Love

Uncategorized

When you strip people down to their basic structure, the skeleton, suddenly we are all alike. Apparently, even if we think we are unprejudiced, our mind makes split judgments based on what we see; that is called subconscious prejudice or implicit bias. But when your eyes can’t see any identifiable characteristics, what is there to judge?

The Ad Council set up a giant X-Ray screen in an attempt to make people rethink their prejudices and recruited couples and families to go behind the screen, leaving the crowd to see only a bunch of skeletons dancing, hugging, or kissing. The crowd has no idea who was behind the screen until the people revealed themselves to a mixture of shock and surprise from the crowd. The video, Diversity & Inclusion from the Love Has No Labels campaign, will open your eyes and question your own biases and prejudices. In the end, all the love the skeletons showed will move you.
