Meth Charges Turn Out To Be Spaghetti Sauce

A Commerce woman is currently in a great mood, as her drug charges have been completely dropped after analysis showed the residue found within her vehicle on a spoon was nothing more than spaghetti sauce and not methamphetamine residue.

Ashley Gabrielle Huff, 23, was charged with the possession of meth when a substance was discovered on a spoon in her vehicle. Huff argued that it was nothing more than spaghetti sauce from a can of SpaghettiOs. The police analysis completely agreed with her defense, so she was released from Hall County Jail.

Huff attempted to move through the Hall County Drug Court, but was incapable of making the required appointments. She was then re-incarcerated and couldn’t make her bond payments. According to the Hall County Comprehensive Justice Information System, Huff had no prior drug-related offenses or felonies before this particular incident.
