Matthew McConaughey’s Brother Receives A Years Supply Of Beer After Naming His Son Miller Lyte

Mathew McConaughey comes from an odd family, but it is also a talented family, nonetheless. His older brother Michael, who tends to go by the name of “Rooster” is a self-made millionaire, but that doesn’t mean he won’t enjoy something free at times, too.

According to Fox News, Rooster is making headlines for receiving a free year’s supply of beer after he named his son Miller Lyte. The older brother of the renowned actor is known for holding a can of his favorite beer in one hand at all times.

Rooster’s son, Miller, is nearly nine-years old now, but the beer company, SABMiller, only recently discovered the named boy. So, in an effort to reward the millionaire for his loyalty and the new moniker, the company decided to offer him 24 cases of Miller Lite, which they claim is a year’s supply of their famed beverage. In total, there are 576 beers in the cases, which equals a little over one beer per day for an entire year. Rooster will probably drink all of that within a few months, however.
