Man Sued After Calling Deaf Video Helpline To Masturbate Over 4,000 Times
Florida based company ZVRS is suing 51-year-old David Marcano after he allegedly rang up their video chat helpline to masturbate in front of its female staff members. In court documents that have been revealed today, it is stated that the man made 4,646 calls to the business over a period of several months and used different telephone numbers to hide his identity.
“In every call made through ZVRS’s software platform, Marcano appears on the video call for the purpose of exposing his genitals or masturbating to ZVRS’s female staff,” according to the suit.
The company operates a unique service for the deaf community, allowing them to call the helpline and use the operators as a translator to a third party. It is an essential provision that helps those suffering from hearing disabilities to be able to live their lives as normally as possible.
They are now taking legal action against Marcano, seeking damages for the loss of productivity to the company from his calls and the emotional distress he has caused employees. They also allege that the 51-year-old is committing fraud by signing up to use the service when he isn’t deaf and has no need of it.
