According To Scientists An Ancient Mega-Tsunami May Strike Again

According to scientists, there is a ‘mega-tsunami’ that is about hit somewhere on the planet and may just destroy all of life as we know it. These same individuals claim the very same natural disaster happened over 73,000 years ago. Apparently, the collapse of a volcano within Cape Verde caused a tsunami that is bringing about waves up to 800-feet high.

This time around, the collapse of volcanoes could be far worse than what happened so many tens of thousands of years ago, unfortunately.

Dr. Ricardo Ramalho, of Columbia University in New York, said: “Our point is that flank collapses can happen extremely fast and catastrophically, and therefore are capable of triggering giant tsunamis. They probably don’t happen very often. But we need to take this into account when we think about the hazard potential of these kinds of volcanic features.”

So, if you’re keen on believing this well-educated man, then the world is going to come to an end soon enough.
