Now the cost of the wedding is staggering; for the single event it costs more than the average person would make in ten lifetimes.

The average cost of a wedding in the US is $25,000 – but a lot of couples try to keep their budget below $10,000. So that begs the question, what caused Harry and Meghan’s wedding to cost so much?
