Woman’s Dog Dies After Being Dried For Too Long
It’s almost like an urban legend come true — according to reports, a woman dropped her dog off for a quick bath at a PetCo grooming center in Virginia. After a few hours went by, she began to wonder what was going on. When she finally did get a call, it wasn’t a happy call about a clean dog she expected.
The woman was notified that her family dog had died after being left in a drying cage for too long. According to reports, the woman does plan to press charges, even though the groomer has apologized. This isn’t the first time a groomer has been accused of a dog’s death. Accidents can happen on the grooming table, in the bath, and even with other dogs. However, you shouldn’t have to feel like you are risking your dog’s life every time they need a bath or trim!
