Japanese Groom Dogs To Look Like Cubes
You may not believe it, but grooming dogs to look like cubes is really a thing. Apparently they can also make them look heart shaped. Why Japan has a thing for cubes we may never know. At a recent dog show in Tokyo, Japan’s love of block shaped objects evolved into a new look on the dogs that were part of the show. The dogs look pretty strange, and we’re hoping that this fad will not stretch farther than Japan.
Whilst the poodle may seem the likely dog to give this type of cut, they aren’t the only dogs that are getting this look. Pretty much any dog with long enough hair and an ability to “poof” can sport this crazy and fashionable look. Lhasa Apso, Chow Chow, and even Pekingese would look great, relatively speaking, in this cut.
As if dressing dogs up in clothes and costumes wasn’t bad enough, they are now being turned into strange works of art. What will they come up with next?
