You’ll Never Guess What This Gay Couple Asked Their Brides Maids To Do
Deri Rogers, 28 and Ben Wood, 25, recently got married and wanted everyone to look their very best for their wedding, including their bridesmaids and groomsmen.
When it came to weddings, it is notorious for bridezillas to pick horrible bridesmaids dresses so the bride can stand out more. This is not the case for Deri and Ben — they came up with an excellent idea: letting all of their bridesmaids wear wedding gowns!
“Being a gay wedding, we weren’t going to have an amazing gown reveal like all other big weddings. I figured every wedding needs a wedding dress – so why not ten?” Deri Rogers told Wales Online. “You could say the girls stole the lime light but we wouldn’t have had it any other way.“
The Welsh couple met in 2013 through their best man Sadie, and got engaged in January of this year.
