Flying Car Possibly Available As Soon As 2017
‘AeroMobil’ is the name of the new flying car and it’s certainly a beauty. It transforms in seconds from an automobile to airplane, utilizing modern structural components for both cars and planes alike. The current prototype, AeroMobil 3.0, has gained a number of improvements and enhancements than its preceding iterations. Since finalized, it has been in a regular flight testing program in real flight conditions since October 2014.
The hybrid vehicle is mainly composed of advanced composite materials, which include its wings, wheels and the shell of its body. It will also feature autopilot, avionics equipment and an advanced parachute deployment system in the final product. AeroMobil will fit snuggly into any parking spot and uses gasoline for fuel, the flying car can also be driven in road traffic just like any average vehicle. As a plane, AeroMobil can land in any airport and only needs about one hundred meters of road or grass to take off skyward.
