Big Brother Star Received Dead Baby In Plastic Bag

Model and Big Brother star Sallie Axl recently decided to speak out on the horror she came home with after her visit to the hospital. Upon heading home, Sallie was handed a plastic bag that held her dead baby, much ‘like a takeaway’. Sallie, unfortunately, miscarried her child earlier this year. Seven weeks after she was discharged from St. Mary’s hopsital in Manchester, the young woman claims she had been given a plastic bag and a box containing her deceased child.

She has accused the hospital staff of showing a lack of compassion during this troubling time in her life. She posted on her own Facebook about the incident, saying:

On the 17th of July I received my dead baby at St Mary’s hospital in a box and a plastic bag …!! With that another bag of medicines and sent on my way home to grieve. My dead baby was treated no more than someone handing me over a takeaway. This is the first time I have been able to talk about this as my ordeal was disgusting from ST Mary’s hospital in Manchester. I was rushed into hospital as 7 weeks before I had suffered a miscarriage losing my little angel. The hospital didn’t remove my child and left the baby to infect me. Causing me to have a type 4 hemorrhage losing 40% of my blood. My veins collapsing and taken into emergency surgery. I didn’t have long left to live and have honestly never been so scared in my life. When I woke up in blood stained bed and gown it took days for the nurses to change them leaving me in the reminders of the miscarriage and blood all over the floor. There was no compassion and one nurse referring to my unborn child as a “IT” talking about getting her tested and speaking about taking a sliviring off my baby .

We truly wish things had gone differently for this young woman. It’s a tragic thing to lose a child.
