Laser guns might sound like something that is only possible in science fiction but one man has set about creating a series of spectacular laser weapons and showing the world exactly how he does.

Known on YouTube as styropyro, the user has already created a lightsaber replica using the same technology and he has now created a stunning laser shotgun simply because it isn’t illegal to do so.. Powered by a large lithium polymer battery, the gun is capable of outputting up to 40W of power thanks to 8 parallel 5W laser beams. The beams are then focused through lenses to ensure they are as powerful as possible.
