You Wouldn’t Believe What Happened Hours Before The ’Furious 7’ Movie Released

Apparently movies can be influential in the lives of those that view them. Two individuals, just hours before the stunt-filled car racing film Furious 7 hit theaters in China, caused quite a stir when they crashed two luxury automobiles in a tunnel outside Beijing. Witnesses told local media that they saw a Lamborghini and Ferrari along the freeway outside Beijing, near the Olympic Park where the 2008 Olympics took place, only to enter a tunnel and eventually crash while fighting for position. Both cars experienced extensive damage but, astonishingly, both drivers were unhurt.

In addition to the super-cars experiencing massive damage to their bodies, a female passenger that was riding in the Lamborghini was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. In addition, the tunnel wall will need to be repaired and a decent amount of wreckage will need to be cleaned up.

The moral of the story is that it’s important to remember that movies are just a fiction and not real life. The events following the movie release have caused quite the stir in the People’s Republic of China and authorities are investigating the matter further.
