Donald Trump Wants to Give Drug Dealers the Death Penalty
In an hour-long rambling speech made by Donald Trump in an airplane hanger outside Pittsburg, he had confirmed reports that he had been thinking about imposing the death penalty on drug dealers. In the speech Trump said he was baffled that murders get harsher sentences than drug dealers, saying “If someone goes and shoots somebody, kills somebody they get the death penalty, [but] a drug dealer will kill 2,000 to 5,000 people during the course of his life.”
He also acknowledged that this concept is controversial, “I don’t know if this country is ready but I think it’s a discussion we have to start thinking about.”
Anyone who says that giving the death penalty to drug dealers is "too cruel" has obviously never met a drug dealer

Thank you President Trump for your steadfast efforts combating the epidemic of opioid addiction. I am a recovering addict & Trump’s plan to give the death penalty to drug is outstanding.
These dealers are the scum of the earth, thugs cutting heroin w/ rat poison, killing people!

While this move may seem a bit harsh, it could actually help the drug crisis in the US, and more funds could be diverted from combating drugs to other sectors, such as education.
