Ben Stiller And Owen Wilson Announce Zoolander Sequel In A Fashionable Way
Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller graced the runway of Valentino’s fashion show last night during Paris Fashion week to announce their new movie, Zoolander 2. The duo took a break from filming and appeared at the fashion show as their Zoolander characters, Hansel McDonald and Derek Zoolander. Their surprise appearance was followed by the sounds of ‘Don’t You Want Me’ by The Human League. Stiller and Wilson were even spotted back stage having a conversation with Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
Just last year, Owen Wilson opened up about the possibility of doing a Zoolander sequel to Ellen DeGeneres. He stated that nothing was confirmed then, but he and Ben Stiller were open and considering doing the sequel. After all, the first Zoolander was released nearly 14 years ago. As of now, the highly anticipated sequel, Zoolander 2, is set to hit theaters nationwide on February 12th, 2016. Ben Stiller and Justin Theroux will pen the script to the Zoolander sequel and Theroux will direct.
